Crashing Issues

If you encounter loader crashes please follow these steps:
Make sure your running Siege in Dx11
Uninstall Overwolf & R6 Tracker
Please close all overlays: fx gamebar (xbox), Medal TV, SteelSeries,, Nvida, Discord Overlay (Disable in discord settings) etc
Follow these steps if ones above dont work.
1): If Game Is Downloaded On Ubisoft -
Go onto your File Explorer (Windows+E) and locate this file: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Ubisoft\r6siege
If Game Is Downloaded On Steam-
Go onto your File Explorer (Windows+E) and locate this file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege"
2): Look for a file located under "Videos" that contains random numbers, example: "166672"
3): Delete the file - Then delete from recycle bin and attempt to use loader again following the steps in
Another potential solution for frequent crashes is to inject in Windowed Mode instead of your current mode. If injection works properly, revert back to your usual mode.
If you still continue crashing after both of these please run which will give you a mega link that needs to be sent to support with the issues explained. Also send the mega link that will be copied to your clipboard in a support ticket.
