1): Disable/Uninstall all 3rd Party antivirus and turn off real time protection - Windows Security > Virus And Threat Protection > Manage Settings > Real Time Protection [Off]

2): Turn Off App And Browser Control - Windows Security > App & Browser Control > Reputation Based Protection Settings > Check Apps And Files [Off]

3): Download dControl Here and press "Disable Windows Defender"

4): Uninstall Riot Vanguard & Face It Anti-cheat - Control Panel > Uninstall a Program (If you have them downloaded)

5): Download WinRAR Here

6): Disable Antivirus - Go onto Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Remove any installed antivirus software such as Norton, Avast, McAfee, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky, etc.
